Hello, my name is William Soh, and I’m a junior at Columbia University studying mechanical engineering.

I’m a propulsion fluids co-lead on the Columbia Rocket Team, where I lead the build of a pressure-regulated hybrid rocket powered by liquid oxygen and paraffin wax. In the summer of 2026, I worked at Relativity Space as a components manufacturing engineering intern. There, I designed tooling for solenoid valve assemblies and integrated the tooling into production. I also designed four test manifolds for COTS component testing. I took all four manifolds through the flight-tier drawing release process. I also work at the Nordness Group, an Earth and Environmental Engineering lab, where I designed and built an experimental apparatus for atmospheric water harvesting research. I’m eager to contribute to challenging projects where I can expand my technical skills, collaborate with other engineers, and help bring ambitious ideas to life.

Welcome to my engineering portfolio!
